Steve Knecht has been in the building industry for over thirty years. Besides residential homes, Steve has built apartment communities, shopping centers, and office buildings. He began working for the Artery Group in 1976 and owned Knecht Homes and Coastal Builders from 1983 to 1995. Projects include Peppertree Farms Apartments, Redland Crossing, the offices at 3230 Bethany Lane, The Mayfield Shopping Center and numerous residential communities such as Brigadoon, St. Johns Woods, Halethorpe Hills, Maple Woods, Weatherburn, and Fox Ridge. Adam Skolnik, CPM began his career as a property manager; working for Southern Management, Gates Hudson & Associates, and HAPI Management. His experience includes overseeing the 4.5 million dollar fire restoration of Charles Towers Apartments, the 1 million dollar renovation of Horizon House Apartments, and the 1.5 million dollar renovation of Deertree Apartments. Adam is a certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a past president of IREM Chapter 16 in Baltimore, and a current board member and past president of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association.
